מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם והפ"נ בם כותבים ע"ד הבחירות לועד כפר חב"ד והתמסרותם לעבוד בעניני כפר חב"ד.
וקראתי הפ"נ פעמים על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מייסד הכפר ומנהלו.
ויהי רצון שתהי' עבודתם ופעולתם בהצלחה מרובה שיכוונו לרצון רבינו נשיאנו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר מיסד הכפר ומנהלו, לעשות בכל הדרוש וכדבעי למיהוי ובדרכי נועם ובדרכי שלום, אבל - במקום שצריך - בתוקף הראוי, וסו"ס הרי כל תושבי הכפר חפצם האמתי - למלאות חפץ ורצון מייסד כחב"ד, ז.א. ביסוסו של הכפר והרחבתו הן ברוחניות והן בגשמיות, ולכן התקוה חזקה שכאשר יעשה הועד במרץ לתקן הענינים השונים בכפר חב"ד, יראה תיכף הצלחה בפועל.
וגדול זכותם של כל אלו שיתמסרו במסירה ונתינה הדרושה לעבודת ועד כפר חב"ד.
ובודאי רבנו נשיאנו יעורר ר"ר להצלחה מרובה בהאמור. וגם לברכה מרובה בעניניהם הפרטים הן הרוחנים והן הגשמים.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter and the pan in which you write about the elections for the Va'ad Kfar Chabad and your dedication to working on matters concerning Kfar Chabad.
I have read the pan several times at the resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—of blessed memory—founder and director of the village.
May it be G‑d’s will that your work and activities be greatly successful as you align with the will of our Rebbe and leader—my revered father-in-law—the founder and director of Kfar Chabad: to do everything necessary properly, in a pleasant manner and with peace; but—where needed—with appropriate firmness. Ultimately, all residents of Kfar Chabad share a true desire: to fulfill the will and wish of its founder—that is, to strengthen and expand Kfar Chabad both spiritually and materially. Therefore there is strong hope that when the committee acts energetically to correct various matters in Kfar Chabad, they will immediately see tangible success.
Great is the merit of all those who devote themselves with proper dedication to the work of the Va'ad Kfar Chabad. Surely our Rebbe and leader will arouse abundant mercy for great success in this matter—and also for abundant blessing in your personal affairs, both spiritual and material.
I await good news with details as above and conclude with blessings for a kosher and joyous Pesach holiday.
