... כותבים אשר בחנו רק ביצה אחת. ודעת רופא מומחה כאן, אשר באם ביצה השני' גדולה יותר וגם רכה יותר מזו שבחנו - כדאי לבחון גם אותה. באם דומה היא להראשונה - אין כדאי לבוחנה.

... They write that only one egg was examined. According to the opinion of an expert doctor here, if the second egg is larger and also softer than the one that was examined—it is worthwhile to examine it as well. If it is similar to the first one—there is no need to examine it.
