לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך, נתקבל מכתבו מח' שבט עם הפ"נ, שבסיומו, שיקרא בעת רצון על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
ושואל דעתי, באם יציעו לו לקבל עבודתו בסוכנות בקביעות, האם ימשיך בה, כיון שאחריות בדבר וכו'.
ולדעתי, הנקודה האמורה תשמש הוכחה איך עליו להתנהג, ז.א. שבאם מצדם יחליטו לקבלו בקביעות, וכל הענינים ה"ה בהשגחה פרטית, זוהי הוכחה שעליו לקבל המשרה, וכיון שאמרה תוה"ק לתקוני שדרתיך, הנה נותנים לו הכחות והאפשריות למלאות תפקידו במשרתו האמורה במילואה, שגודל הזכות אין די באר, והאריכות בזה אך למותר, ואף שלפעמים צריכים להראות בזה תוקף וכיו"ב בכדי שימלאו הדרישה, הנה כשיזכור את העבר, המעמד ומצב במדינתו לפנים שהיו זקוקים לתוקף אחר לגמרי, ובכ"ז עמדו בפני העלמות והסתרים ודידן נצח, וההוכחה בזה הבנים והבנות, הרי בודאי שבמצבו עתה די תוקף בו ככל הדרוש למלאות התפקיד הנ"ל, וק"ל.

After the longest pause, your letter from the 8th of Shevat was received with the pan (pidyon nefesh), which at its conclusion requests that it be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
You ask my opinion: if you are offered to take a permanent position at the agency, should you continue there, since there is responsibility involved, etc.
In my opinion, this very point should serve as proof for how you should act. That is: if they decide to accept you permanently—and all matters are by Divine Providence—this is proof that you should accept the position. Since our holy Torah says 'Let me appoint you to fix things,' it means you are given the strength and ability to fully fulfill your role in this position. The greatness of this merit cannot be adequately described; elaborating further is unnecessary. Even though sometimes one must show firmness and similar traits so that demands are met—when you recall the past situation in your country where a completely different kind of firmness was needed, yet people stood up to concealments and obstacles and were victorious (the proof being sons and daughters)—certainly now your current level of firmness is sufficient for all that is required to fulfill this role. This should suffice.
