אויפן גרונד וואס עס ווערט ערקלערט אין מערערע ערטער בתורתנו הק', אז יעדער ענין, ווען ער ווערט אויך מיט א טהאט זאך פארבונדען, פארשטארקט דאס נאך מער די זיכערקייט, אז דער ענין וועט צושטאנד קומען אין דער פולסטער מאס.
וואס מיט דעם ווערט אויך ערלקערט, די העכסט וויכטיקייט פון מצות מעשיות דוקא, ווי עס האט זיך אויך גערעט אין דעם מאמר פון יום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, יו"ד שבט, און מיט דעם ווערט אויך ערקלערט, וואס מיר געפינען בא פילע נביאים, אז השם יתברך האט זיי געהייסען צו טאן אויך א טהאט זאך, וועלכע זאל מרמז זיין (אנדייטען) אויף דעם ענין הנבואה, ווייל דאס פארזיכערט מער דעם פולען צושטאנד-קומען פון דער נבואה. און דאס איז אויך דער אינהאלט פון דער משנה (אבות ג, טו) והכל לפי רוב המעשה (זעה דארט דעם פירוש המשניות להרמב"ם),
איז אויף דעם אויבען געזאגטען יסוד, וויל איך אלס צוגאב צו דעם וואס מיר האבען גערעט, שרייבען דאס אויך בכתב, אז:
השם יתברך זאל געבען אייך און יעדערן פון אייערע בני בית שי' ברכתו והצלחתו אין דער פולסטער מאס, אין דעם וואס מען נויטיגט זיך, סיי אין ענינים רוחנים און סיי אין ענינים גשמים, און אין דעם העכסט חשוב'ן ענין, צו האבען אמת'ן נחת, וואס דאס איז אידישער חסידות'שער נחת פון יעדערן פון אייערע קינדער און אייניקלעך, און אויפנעמען דאס געזונטערהייט ובשמחה ובטוב לבב.
און דער זכות וואס איר וועט אין א נאך פיל גרעסערער מאס אויך אויף ווייטער טאן אין עניני צדקה וגמ"ח ביחוד, ועניני תורה ומצוות בכלל, סיי אין אייערע ד' אמות און סיי אין דער גאנצער סביבה, זאל דאס זיין דער גוטער צנור און ברייטער, צו אויפנעמען די ברכות השי"ת בטוב הנראה והנגלה.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Based on what is explained in several places in our holy Torah, that every matter, when it is also connected with a tangible action, this further strengthens the certainty that the matter will be fulfilled in its fullest measure. This also clarifies the utmost importance of specifically practical mitzvos, as was also discussed in the maamar from the yahrzeit of my revered father-in-law, the leader of Israel, on 10 Shevat. With this it is also explained why we find by many prophets that Hashem commanded them to perform a physical act which would allude to (hint at) the content of their prophecy—because this ensures even more that the prophecy will be completely fulfilled.
This is also the content of the Mishnah (Avos 3:15): "VeHakol Lefi Rov HaMaaseh" (Everything depends on the abundance of action; see there Rambam's commentary on Mishnayos). Based on this principle mentioned above, I want—in addition to what we have discussed—to write this as well: May Hashem grant you and each member of your household His blessing and success in fullest measure, in whatever you need—both in spiritual matters and material matters—and especially in the most important matter: to have true nachas, which is Jewish chassidic nachas from each of your children and grandchildren, and to receive this with health and joy and gladness of heart.
And may the merit that you will continue to act even more greatly in matters of tzedakah and gemilus chassadim especially, and matters of Torah and mitzvos in general—both within your own four cubits and throughout your entire environment—be a good and broad channel for receiving Hashem's blessings with visible and revealed good.
