בהנוגע דעת נאמען, וואלט איך פארגעלעגט אז מען זאל עס רופן "ליובאוויטש האוז" און אויב צוליב אירגענד וועלכע סיבה דאס איז ניט צוגעפאסט צ "חב"ד האוז".
ויהי רצון אז עס זאל מקויים ווערן תפארת אדם לשבת בית, און ווי חסידות טייטשט: אז עס גייט אויף אדם העליון, אויף דעם אויבערשטן, אז ער זאל האבן א בית ודירה לו ית', דורך דעם וואס עס וועט זיין אנגעפילט מיט תורה ומצוות באלויכטן מיט חסידות בהידור.

It is superfluous to emphasize that this is truly a great accomplishment, and hopefully it will have far-reaching good results with energetic, expanded, important, and tangible activities—bringing a revival to all matters of Lubavitch in London and England in general. Through spreading the wellsprings (of Chassidus), it will bring a revival and strengthening to the state of Judaism and especially to education al taharas hakodesh (in purity and holiness).
May Hashem bless you and your friends who are aware of and partners in this work with abundant success.
Our Sages say: Adam mekadesh atzmo (even) me'at milmatah mekadshin oto harbeh milma'alah (When a person sanctifies himself even a little from below, he is sanctified greatly from Above). How much more so when there is much from below; and we ascend in holiness.
Regarding the name, I would suggest that it be called "Lubavitch House," but if for any reason this is not suitable then "Chabad House."
May it be G‑d's will that the verse Tiferes Adam Lashevet Bayis (the glory of man is to dwell in a house) be fulfilled—and as Chassidus explains: this refers to Adam HaElyon (the Supernal Man), meaning the Almighty Himself—that He should have a home and dwelling place for Himself through it being filled with Torah and mitzvos illuminated with Chassidus in an enhanced manner.
With blessings for a good inscription and sealing for a good and sweet year to all those involved in this endeavor and their families—and to you and your family in particular—for success in communal matters as well as personal matters.
