בעת רצון יזכירוהו וכן את אלו שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"Vה נבג"מ זי"ע כאו"א להמצטרך לו מתאים לתוכן מכתבו.
ומהנכון שיבקש את ראש הישיבה שלו והמשפיע שיסביר לו את הענין דהשגחה פרטית כמבואר מכ"ק אדמו"ר הבעש"ט ובארוכה בתורת חסידות חב"ד, ואיך שזהו על כל אחד ואחת מבני ישראל על פרטיהם ופרטי פרטיהם. שמזה מובן באם רק האדם עושה כלי להשגחה זו, הנה מה שלא יהי' בעבר שלו, בידו לתקן את המצב מכאן ולהבא, ובמשך הזמן גם לתקן את העבר במילואו ואין הדבר תלוי אלא ברצונו, אלא שככל עניני האדם נעשים צעד אחר צעד, כן גם בזה ההטבה באה צעד אחר צעד באם רק מחליטים באמת בזה הרי בטוחים שסו"ס יתוקן הכל.
כשיראה מכתבי זה להמשפיע שלו, בטח שיסבירו הענינים ככל הדרוש, ויהי רצון שבקרוב יבשר בכל האמור.

In response to your letter from the 25th of Menachem.
At an auspicious time, you and those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, for each one to receive what they need according to the content of your letter.
It is advisable that you ask your Rosh Yeshivah and your mashpia to explain to you the concept of Divine Providence as explained by my revered teacher the Baal Shem Tov and at length in Chabad Chassidus, and how this applies to every single Jew in all their details and particulars.
From this it is understood that if a person only makes themselves a vessel for this Providence, then regardless of their past, they have the ability to correct their situation from now on. Over time, they can even fully rectify the past. This depends solely on one's will; just as all matters in a person's life progress step by step, so too does improvement come step by step. If one truly resolves in this matter, it is certain that eventually everything will be corrected.
When you show this letter to your mashpia, he will surely explain these matters as needed. May it be G‑d's will that you soon share good news regarding all of the above.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every Jew experiences personal Divine Providence. By sincerely deciding to improve and becoming a vessel for G‑d's guidance, one can correct both present circumstances and even past shortcomings—step by step—with true resolve.
