נעם לי לקבל מכתבו, שנתאחר דרך הילוכו יותר מהרגיל, בו כותב ע"ד כוונתו לשם שמים ותפלתו שלא יבוא שום תקלה על ידם, וכמו שמזכיר במכתבו כל הבא לטהר מסייעין אותו, ויש להוסיף כמו שמוסיף שם בגמרא גם "מקדשין אותו הרבה מלמעלה".
ויהי רצון שיקויים כך אצל כ' וינצל השפעתו במילואה להגדיל תורת אמת ותורה תמימה הנגלית והפנימית שנקראת בזהר הק' (ח"ג קנו, א) נשמתא דאורייתא, ולהפיצה בתוככי בני ישראל, ובפרט הילדים והנערים והצעירים, באופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור, ובודאי גם בזה יהי' סייעתא דשמיא כמאמרי רז"ל הנ"ל וכהנה עוד רבים.
במה שכותב אודות המצב הכספי הדחוק של המסעדה כשרה אשר ברבאט, עד שעמוסה היא גם חובות, הנה בודאי ידוע גם לכ' המצב הכספי הדחוק בו נמצאים כמה ממוסדות חב"ד במדינות שונות, ואין כאן המקום להאריך בזה.
ובכל זה, לחשיבות הענין, והרי הכל הוא בהשגחה פרטית, וכת"ר כותב אלי בהאמור, הנני מסגיר בזה המחאה*, עזר עכ"פ חד-פעמי, ויהי רצון אשר נותן התורה ומצוה המצות שהוא בורא עולם ומנהיגו ירחיב גבול כל בני ישראל, והמוסדות על טהרת הקדש לכל לראש, למען יפעלו פעולתם במילואה להאיר מחשכי העולם בנר מצוה ותורה אור ומאור שבתורה, והרי זהו גם הצנור והכלי לברכה והצלחה גם בעניני הגשם והגוף.
בכבוד ובברכה, כאמור לעיל, לנצל יכלתו להפיץ תורת אמת שקבלנוה במעמד הר סיני, וכמאמר רז"ל הידוע, אשר כל הנשמות גם העתידות לבוא היו בעת מתן תורה, ובאופן שיהי' התלמוד מביא לידי מעשה, קיום מצות תורתנו תורת חיים בפועל, וביחוד המצוה היסודית ושננתם לבניך, חנוך על טהרת הקדש.

I was pleased to receive your letter, though it arrived later than usual. You write about your intention for the sake of Heaven and your prayer that no mishap should come through your actions. As you mention in your letter, "Kol ha'ba l'taher mesayin oto" (Whoever comes to purify is assisted), and it should be added as the Gemara continues: "They sanctify him greatly from Above." May it be G‑d's will that this be fulfilled for you and that you utilize your influence fully to increase the True Torah—both its revealed and inner aspects, which are called in Zohar (III 156a) 'the soul of Torah'—and spread it among the Jewish people, especially children, youths, and young adults, in a manner of ever-increasing light. Certainly in this too there will be Heavenly assistance as our Sages said above and in many other places.
Regarding what you write about the difficult financial situation of the kosher restaurant in Rabat—even burdened with debts—surely you are also aware of the tight financial state faced by several Chabad institutions in various countries; this is not the place to elaborate. Nevertheless, due to the importance of the matter—and everything is by Divine Providence—and since you wrote to me about this, I am enclosing herewith a check as at least a one-time assistance. May it be G‑d's will that He Who gave us the Torah and commands its mitzvot—Who is Creator and Ruler of the world—expand the boundaries of all Jews, especially those institutions founded on holiness so they may fully accomplish their mission: illuminating the darkness of the world with 'the candle is a mitzvah and Torah is light,' and with 'the luminary within Torah.' This itself is also a channel and vessel for blessing and success even in material matters.
With honor and blessing—as mentioned above—to use your abilities to spread True Torah which we received at Mount Sinai. As our Sages taught: all souls—including those destined to come—were present at Matan Torah; so that study leads to action—the fulfillment of our living Torah's mitzvot in practice—especially its fundamental mitzvah: "And you shall teach them diligently to your children," educating on foundations of holiness.
