והנה מ"ש שהוא דבר למעלה מיכולתו, הרי כיון שהורה תורתנו תורת חיים, שהאב חייב להשיא את בנו אשה, והודיעה ג"כ שאין הקב"ה בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו, בודאי שההוצאה ע"פ תורה הקשורות בקיום חיוב זה, הוא ביכולת האדם, שאף שאפשרי שלפי שעה אינו רואה בעיני בשר יכולתו זו.
ובנקודה השני', הנה ע"פ מאמר רז"ל כל הנוטל פרוטה מאיוב מתברך כי הי' איש תם וישר וירא אלקים וסר מרע, שעד"ז הוא גם בהנוגע לרבותינו נשיאינו זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, וכמו ששמעתי מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ודייקו רז"ל בלשונם פרוטה, שבזה אין הכמות קובעת כ"א ממי באה הפרוטה, הרי מוסגרת בזה המחאה מאחת הקופות של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, ובטוחים רז"ל שיקוים מאמרם האמור, שתביא פרוטה זו ברכה בהשגת האמצעים הנ"ל.
בודאי יודעי משלשת השיעורים דחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים ועכ"פ ישמור עליהם מכאן ולהבא.

In response to the letter of his son... may he live, which is written in his name, and its content is that he has arranged a shidduch for his son... may he be well, and has undertaken upon himself the expenses connected with this, even though it is beyond his means, and he is asking about assistance in this matter.
Regarding what you wrote that this matter is beyond your ability: Since our Torah, the Torah of Life, instructs that a father is obligated to marry off his son, and also teaches that the Holy One does not make unreasonable demands of His creations, it is certain that the expenses required by Torah for fulfilling this obligation are within a person's ability—even if at the moment he does not see this ability with physical eyes.
On the second point: Our Sages said that anyone who takes even a small coin from Iyov is blessed because he was a wholesome and upright man who feared G‑d and shunned evil. Similarly, this applies regarding our Rebbeim—our leaders of blessed memory. As I heard from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe and leader of Israel—may his merit protect us—the Sages were precise in their wording "a small coin," indicating that the amount is not what matters but rather from whom it comes. Therefore, enclosed is a donation from one of the funds of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe and leader of Israel. And our Sages can be relied upon that their aforementioned teaching will be fulfilled—that this coin will bring blessing in attaining the above-mentioned means.
Certainly you are aware of the three daily study portions—Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya—that are well known; at least from now on you should keep to them.
