און מ'האט געדארפט בודק זיין (אפטשעקין) אייערע תפילין און אויך די מזוזות אין אייער וואהנונג אז זיי זאלען זיין אלע כשר'ה ווי דער דין איז.
וואס איר שרייבט בהנוגע צו אייער פרוי תחי' וואס זינט דעם געבורט פון דעם ערשטען קינד שי', זייט איר לעת עתה נאך ניט געבענטשט געווארען מיט נאך קינדער.
בכלל דארפמען זיין שטארק אין בטחון אין דעם בורא עולם וועלכער איז דער עצם הטוב, אז ער וועט ערפילען אייער הארץ פראלאנג מיט נאך זחו"ק.
אבער ס'איז קרוב לומר, אז מען דארף וואס צוגעבען אין די זהירות ודיוק חוקי ודיני טהרת המשפחה וצניעות, חאטש איך האף אז די עיקרים ווערען אפגעהיט, אבער אין אזא העכסט וויכטיגען עיקר ענין, דארפמען דאס אפהיטען ווי געהעריג לויט די אנווייזונגען פון תורתנו תורת חיים, און דענסטמאל זיין שטארק אין בטחון אין דעם נותן התורה והמצוה, אז ער וועט ממלא זיין משאלות לבבם לטובה בזמן קרוב.
וואס איר שרייבט די שוועריקייטען אין פרנסה, איז דאך באוואוסט די הוראת תוה"ק, מלח ממון חסר, ד.ה. צו מרבה זיין בצדקה, און צוטיילען די צדקה אין מערערע מאל, און פון די זמנים המסוגלים, איז דאס יעדער וואכען טאג פארן דאוונען אין דער פריה.
און בכללות הדבר, דארפמען אננעמען די ביידע זאכען, ווי א נסיון לויט אויסשפראך פון פסוק, כי מנסה ה' אלקיכם אתכם לדעת הישכם אוהבים, און אז מען זעהט מלמעלה, אז מען איז שטארק אין בטחון בהשם יתברך און מ'גיט צו אין ענינים פון תורה ומצות ובכלל, און אין דאס אויבען געזאגטע בפרט, איז מען מלמעלה מבטל דעם נסיון און מ'גיט צו אין ברכה ישועה והצלחה.

In response to your letter from the 27th of Nissan: At an auspicious time you will all be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, each for what he needs.
You should have your tefillin checked (inspected) as well as the mezuzos in your home to ensure they are all kosher according to halachah.
Regarding what you write about your wife tichyeh—that since the birth of your first child shei'yichyeh you have not yet been blessed with more children: In general one must be strong in trust in the Creator of the world, Who is the essence of goodness, that He will fulfill your heart's desire with more sons and daughters. However, it is likely that extra care should be taken regarding the precision and observance of the laws of family purity and modesty. Although I hope that the fundamentals are being kept, in such an extremely important matter it must be observed properly according to the instructions of our Torah, a Torah of life. Then one should be strong in trust in the Giver of Torah and mitzvos that He will fulfill your heart's wishes for good soon.
As for what you write about difficulties with livelihood: It is well known from our holy Torah's instruction—Melach mamon chaser (salt reduces wealth), meaning one should increase giving tzedakah and distribute it several times. Of all auspicious times for this, every weekday before davening in the morning is especially appropriate.
In general, both matters should be accepted as a test according to the verse: Ki menaseh Hashem Elokeichem eschem lada'as hayeshchem ohavim ("For Hashem your G‑d is testing you to know if you love Him"). When it is seen Above that one is strong in trust in Hashem Yisbarach and increases matters of Torah and mitzvos generally—and especially those mentioned above—the test is annulled from Above and additional blessing, salvation, and success are given.

P.S. Surely you keep up with the three daily study portions—Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya—which we have heard many times from my father-in-law the Rebbe are suitable for everyone and a segulah for many matters.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that by strengthening trust in G‑d, being meticulous with family purity laws and modesty, increasing charity—especially before morning prayers—and viewing hardships as tests from Above, one merits blessing and success.
