ת"ח על הבשורה טובה שהוסדר והוחזק סדר הלימודים בודאי אין מסתפק בזה אלא מעלין בקדש ובפרט בהנוגע לתלמידים שכל שינוי בהם לטוב נכפל כ"פ ככה כשנעשים גם למשפיעים, וע"ד המבואר בהרשימה דחנוכת הבית דגן ישראל, ובפרט שזה עתה הציווי דכל המוסיף מוסיפין ביום תבר מגלא שהוא יום טוב וכתוספת סוף תענית יעו"ש. ויהי רצון שישקיע במושפעיו מהכחות הפנימים והעצמים שלו ויראה פרי טוב בעמלו בהם וגם בתוספת בכל אשר לו, וכמבואר בהמשל ממעין, שע"י שאיבת מים ממנו מתוסף עוד בהמעין.

In response to your letter from the 16th of Menachem Av. Thank you for the good news that the study schedule has been arranged and established. Certainly you will not be satisfied with this alone, but will continue to ascend in holiness, especially regarding students, since every positive change in them is multiplied many times over—especially when they themselves become influencers as explained in the notes from the dedication of Beis Dagan Yisrael. This is particularly relevant now with the commandment that whoever adds is given more on Yom Tov Bar Megaleh, which is a festival day and as an addition at the end of Ta'anit—see there.
May it be G‑d's will that you invest your innermost and essential strengths into those you influence, and may you see good fruit from your efforts with them as well as additional blessing in all that is yours. As explained in the parable of a spring: by drawing water from it, even more is added to the spring.

The Rebbe teaches that dedicating oneself to strengthening students and positively influencing others brings multiplied blessings—not only for those impacted but also for oneself, just as drawing water from a spring increases its flow.
