נאך א ליינגערן איבעררייס בין איך געווען צופרידען צו באקומען אייער בריף פון יום ד', האפענטליך האט איר די קאפיעס פון אייערע פריערדיקע בריף, און פארגלייכענדיק זיי מיט דעם בריף און זיין אינהאלט, בין איך זיכער אז אויך איר וועט מסכים זיין צו דעם וואס איך האב אייך געשריבען אייניגע מאל, אז מען קען פיל אויפטאן, און אפילו איינער, און אפילו ווען עס זעהט אויס אז קיינער העלפט ניט חאטש ער קען העלפען. איך וויל ניט מאריך זיין אין דעם, כדי מען זאל ניט זאגען אז איך בין פון דעם סוג וועלכע טענה'ן: אהא, איך האב דאס נעכטען געזאגט, און דערמאן דאס נאר, בכדי ארויסרופען בא אייך מער חשק בנוגע אויף ווייטער אין דער ארבעט צו פארשטארקען אמת'ע אידישקייט אין יעדער ארט וואו עס איז נאר מעגליך, און ניט איינקוקען זיך וויפיל מענשן גייען מיט (אויב פון דעם איינקוקען זיך איז פראן אין דעם א חשש אז דאס קען פילייכט אפשוואכען די ענערגיע אין דעם טאן), און השם יתברך זאל העלפען עס זאל זיין בהצלחה, און אין א אופן ווי עס הויבט זיך אן פון חמשה עשר באב, כל המוסיף מוסיפין לו.
בייגעלייגט איז דא א קורצע פארצייכנונג פון דער התועדות, וואס זיכער וועט אייך אינטערעסירען דער אינהאלט פון דעם, און וועט אפשר קענען אויך אויסניצען דאס אין אייער ארבעט לטובת הרבים.

After a longer trip, I was pleased to receive your letter from Wednesday. Hopefully you have copies of your previous letters, and by comparing them with this letter and its content, I am sure that you too will agree with what I have written to you several times: that one can accomplish much, even alone, and even when it seems that no one is helping—even if they could help.
I do not wish to elaborate on this so that it should not be said that I am of the type who claims: "Aha! I said this yesterday," and only mention it to arouse in you more enthusiasm regarding continuing the work to strengthen true Judaism in every place possible. One should not pay attention to how many people are joining (if paying attention to this might possibly weaken the energy in carrying out this work), and may Hashem Yisbarach help that it should be successful—and in a manner beginning from the fifteenth of Av: "Whoever increases is given more."
Enclosed is a brief summary of the hitvaadut (gathering), which will surely interest you regarding its content and may also be useful for your work for the benefit of the many.
