במענה על מכתבו מאדר"ח תמוז.
יהי רצון שמכאן ולהבא לא ידע עוד מכל צער ועגמ"נ ואך טוב בטוב הנראה והנגלה יבשר תכה"י.
במ"ש לאופן פעולתו לביסוס והתפתחות... מובן שמכאן קשה להכנס בפרטים ופרטי פרטים התלוים במצב על אתר, אבל כיון שאדם קרוב לעצמו ונוגע, הנה יציע ענינו בהנ"ל לפני שלשה מאנ"ש אשר על אתר, ויה"ר אשר השי"ת יתן להם הרעיון הנכון ליעצו, והלואי כבר היו אנ"ש נוכחים ועומדים על האמת אשר הרבה יותר מאשר הם עושים בעד הישיבה, הישיבה עושה בשבילם, וכמו שמשתדלים ומתייגעים און מ'גייט ארויס פון די כלים בעניני פרנסה גשמיות, אם היו עד"ז ועכ"פ במקצת בהנוגע להשתדלות בעניני הישיבה, אשר הי' טוב הנראה והנגלה אפילו בעניניהם הגשמים.
ומסוגלים ימים אלו בפרט להחליט בכל הנ"ל ע"מ להביא החלטות אלו בפועל, שהרי מתקרבים אנו לימי י"ב וי"ג תמוז ובפרט אשר השנה היא תקופת השלשים שנה ליום הגאולה בפעם הראשונה וכמדובר גם בהתועדות דש"מ חדש תמוז בענין מעלת השלשים שנה.

In response to your letter from the beginning of Rosh Chodesh Tammuz. May it be G‑d's will that from now on you will know no more sorrow or anguish, and may you only hear good news—good that is visible and revealed—soon.
Regarding what you wrote about how to act for the establishment and development... It is understood that from here it is difficult to enter into details and specifics which depend on the local situation. However, since a person is close to himself and subjective, you should present your matter as above before three of Anash who are local. May it be G‑d's will that Hashem give them the correct idea to advise you. If only Anash would already recognize and stand on the truth—that much more than what they do for the yeshivah, the yeshivah does for them! Just as people strive and exert themselves—even going out of their way—in matters of earning a physical livelihood, if they would do so similarly, or at least partially so, regarding efforts for the yeshivah, there would be visible and revealed good even in their material matters.
These days are especially suited to resolve all of the above in order to bring these resolutions into action, since we are approaching the days of Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz—especially as this year marks thirty years since the first day of redemption—as has been discussed also at the farbrengen of Shabbos Mevarchim Chodesh Tammuz regarding the virtue of thirty years.
