ולדעתי טוב שתבחרי להיות גננת, שבתקופתנו גם זכות הרבים במקצוע זה, חינוך בנ"י בדרך התורה והמסורה, וכשתכיני את עצמך בחפץ למקצוע זה בודאי תצליחי, וכדאי להקדיש לזה כל הזמן הדרוש להכנה מבוססה ומסודרה, כיון שנוגע להצלחת העבודה בעתיד.
בשאלתה, במה שהציעו לאבי' שי' לעבוד בחיל הים - אין זה מתאים בשבילו כלל וכלל, והזן ומפרנס לכל ימציא לו פרנסתו בחסד וברחמים ובכשרות.
בודאי למותר לעוררה שככל שמוסיפין בהנהגה מתאימה לבת ישראל שכל אחת מהן היא בת שרה רבקה רחל ולאה האמהות הקדושות, מוסיף השם יתברך בורא עולם ומנהיגו נותן התורה והמצוה בהמצטרך לאדם ולכל משפחתו, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.

In response to your letter from Motzaei Shabbat in which you write about your aspirations regarding your future arrangements and ask what to choose. In my opinion, it is good for you to choose to be a kindergarten teacher, for in our times there is also the merit of benefiting the many in this profession—educating Jewish children in the path of Torah and tradition. If you prepare yourself willingly for this profession, you will certainly succeed. It is worthwhile to dedicate all the necessary time for solid and organized preparation since it affects the success of your future work.
Regarding your question about what was suggested for your father to work in the navy—it is not suitable for him at all. The One who sustains and provides for all will provide his livelihood with kindness, mercy, and in a kosher way.
It is surely unnecessary to remind you that as one increases appropriate conduct befitting a Jewish daughter—each one being a daughter of Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah, our holy mothers—so too does Hashem, Creator and Ruler of the world, Giver of Torah and mitzvahs, increase what is needed for a person and their entire family. Nothing stands in the way of willpower.
