...Regarding what you write about the attitude of Ploni ben Ploni (PBP), which is not as it should be, I am sorry about his approach to the whole matter, as it does not align with my perspective. In my view, your work in... is not to do a favor for PBP or because it is an institution of PBP, but rather because... it is an institution of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal. All those who work in these and similar institutions are thereby benefiting themselves and their families both materially and spiritually. Even if their work consists of providing the necessary means for running the institution, they receive more from this work—through the arousal of mercy from the founder and director of the institution, my revered father-in-law—than they give to the institution.
It is thus clear and obvious that even if you are one hundred percent correct that a member of the administration's attitude and manner of speaking are not as they should be, this does not diminish or detract at all from the benefit you receive through your work in the institution. Therefore, everything you write regarding PBP's words to you has no bearing at all on your question regarding your work...
I await good news in all that was mentioned above.
