במענה על מכתבו מכ"ב תמוז, בו כותב אודות לקיחת מדריך וכו' - ומובן שבכגון דא מחליטים על אתר ואחרי ראות הצלחתו בהתלמידים, ויה"ר שתהי' הצלחה מופלגה וכולם יחד יקימו גידולין שבצדק יוכלו עליהם לומר ראו גידולים שגדלתי, והעומדים בראש עבודה הכי קדושה זו לוקחים חלק בראש באריכות ימים ושנים טובות, טובות עם כל הפירושים כביטוי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר ולהצלחה במילוי תפקידם הפנימי והעיקרי לעשות לו ית' דירה בתחתונים.

In response to your letter from the 22nd of Tammuz, in which you write about appointing a guide, etc.—it is understood that in such matters one must decide immediately, and after seeing his success with the students. May it be G‑d's will that there be outstanding success and that all together they will raise growths about which it can rightly be said: 'See the growths I have raised.' Those who stand at the head of this most holy work take the lead in merit for long and good years—good in every sense, as expressed by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—and for success in fulfilling their inner and primary mission: to make for Him, may He be blessed, a dwelling place in the lower realms.
With blessing for good news in all the above.
