In response to your letter from the 26th of Adar. As you requested, I will mention you and all your family for blessing at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehavdil ben chayim mezal ziya, leader of Israel, for all that you need in both material and spiritual matters.

Since you mention in your letter that you participated in the Chabad festival in Kfar Chabad on the bright day of Yud Tes Kislev, you surely heard at the celebration there that this day—Yud Tes Kislev—is called the Rosh Hashanah for Torah study and the ways of Chassidus. Just as Rosh Hashanah is about drawing down vitality from its awakening for all days of the year, so too is it regarding the inspiration of Yud Tes Kislev in matters of Chassidus: every Jew is given the ability to draw forth this inspiration and good resolutions from this day throughout the year. Certainly, you too will prepare yourself and strive in those matters that bring this down into action and cause it to grow. Nothing stands in the way of willpower.
