במענה על מכתבו מיו"ד שבט, הוא יום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא ישראל.
...כיון שכותב שעבד רוב ימיו בשדה החינוך העברי השלם, בטח למותר להדגיש אשר החינוך זמנו כל ימי חיי האדם, כי בשני הקצוות גם יחד, אפילו הנמצא ר"ל בעומק תחת יש בידו וביכולתו להשתנות מן הקצה על הקצה, ולפעמים כביטוי הזהר בשעתא חדא וברגעא חדא, וכן בקצה השני אפילו זה שעלה עומק רום יש בידו ללמוד יותר ועוד יותר, כיון שהטוב הוא אין סופי, ועל המחנך אחרים וכן הוא מחנך גם את עצמו לעמוד תמיד על המשמר לנצל כל אפשריות והזדמנות בכיוון האמור או גם ליצור הזדמנויות אלו, וע"פ הנראה במוחש צדק מאמר הידוע, הרבה למדתי מרבותי ומתלמידי יותר מכולם, הרי ההשתדלות [ב]חינוכם של אחרים להראותם ולנחותם הדרך העולה בית א-ל, מלמדת ומוסיפה בתוצאות הטובות בחינוכו של המחנך והשתלמותו.
מובן שאין כוונתי להטפת מוסר ח"ו כי אם לעורר, אשר ... אין זה פוטרו כלל וכלל מלנצל כשרונותיו ככל האפשרי לקרב לבם של בני ובנות ישראל לאבינו שבשמים על ידי לימוד תורתנו תורת חיים וקיום מצותי' שגם זה בודאי יוסיף בברכות השם יתברך להמצטרך לבריאותו בגשמיות וכן בהמצטרך לב"ב.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 10th of Shevat, which is the yahrzeit of the Rebbe Rayatz, leader of Israel.
Since you write that you have spent most of your life in the field of complete Hebrew education, it is surely unnecessary to emphasize that education spans all the days of a person's life. At both extremes—even someone who finds himself, G‑d forbid, at the lowest depths has the ability and potential to change completely (sometimes, as the Zohar expresses it, "in one hour and in one moment"). And at the other end—even one who has reached great heights can always learn more and more, since goodness is infinite. For an educator of others—and so too for one who educates himself—it is necessary always to be vigilant and seize every possibility and opportunity in this direction or even create such opportunities. As is evident in practice, the well-known saying is true: "I have learned much from my teachers and even more from my students." Thus, striving to educate others—to show them and guide them on the path that leads upward—teaches and adds positive results in the educator's own growth and self-perfection.
It is understood that my intention is not to preach morals—G‑d forbid—but only to inspire. This does not exempt you at all from using your talents as much as possible to draw the hearts of Jewish sons and daughters closer to our Father in Heaven through learning our Torah of life and fulfilling its mitzvos. This will certainly add blessings from Hashem for all your needs in physical health as well as for your family.

P.S. I am interested to know if your lectures mentioned in your letter have been published and are available since they are not in my library.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that education never ends; both beginners and experts must keep learning. By striving to educate others with sincerity and effort, we also improve ourselves—growing spiritually while helping others come closer to G‑d.
