Your letter from the 21st of Kislev was received some time ago, and my response was delayed due to many preoccupations.

Regarding the building: you write about a proposal to make a large kitchen according to the original plan but without plastering and improvements so that it will fit within the limited budget. This surprises me since I wrote explicitly to carry out the full original plan. If there is no other way to obtain the missing funds, I will urge Anash in Eretz HaKodesh to hold a special fundraising campaign to raise the missing amount.

I am confident that they will correct this matter in the best possible way. Let me know by when the additional funds are needed, and I will try to arrange things on my end in time regarding the fundraising.

It is surprising that you wrote so briefly about Yud Tes Kislev—the celebration of this bright day in the village—and relied on others. I have already written to Anash that unfortunately many letters about distressing matters are received in abundance; but when there is joyful news it becomes like a "pot of partners," and suddenly everyone considers themselves small and honors their friend with writing this letter—enough said...
