Bracha v'Shalom!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter with its enclosure, and at an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal-lah heh nevogam zichrono tzadik livracha, for an improvement in your health.
Presumably you hear Kiddush and Havdalah, and also taste from the wine of Kiddush. According to Jewish custom, one dips a finger into the wine left from Havdalah and touches it to the eyes—of course from the outside—as is brought in sefarim; this is a segulah for a person's eyesight (for the brightness of one's eyes). May Hashem Yisbarach grant you success.
