In response to your letter from the 4th of Teves regarding the parcel of the Tadtz"ch company: It is understood that if according to your opinion it will be possible to obtain students also for a yeshivah in Tel Aviv, and it will be possible to secure—at least a significant portion—of the necessary means for its construction, and it can be ensured through a lawyer that there will not G‑d forbid be any distress from the fact that the parcel is registered under two names, then the proposal is appropriate.

Although regarding the expansion of the Tomchei Temimim yeshivah in Lod (which is necessary as you wrote and also according to information received from others), you should look into transferring—at least a significant part of it—to Kfar Chabad. It is surprising that you did not propose this yourselves. Apparently you have not investigated this possibility. For it is understood that for several reasons it is preferable to concentrate the main Chabad educational institutions in one place or at least in places close to each other. Especially since there are several matters here which are like "a candle for one is a candle for a hundred..."
