I await good news regarding what was mentioned above and also about what I wrote to you previously, that since you are successful in reciting Divrei Chasidus publicly, it is necessary for you to do this more frequently. After all, none of us knows how far-reaching this can be, and as our Sages say, Torah brings healing to the world. The intention here is also for the 'small world,' meaning the person himself (see Derech Chaim Shaar HaTefillah end of chapter 35; Torah Ohr end of Parshas Bereishis; and others), and perhaps this will also have an effect on what was mentioned above.
