אין ענטפער אויף אייער בריף - אן דעם דאטום פון שרייבען - אין וועלכער איר שרייבט וועגען איינארדונג און פרנסה אז השי"ת קען געבען פרנסה אין יעדער ארט וכו'.
זיכער איז דאס טאקע אזוי, און דעריבער איז אויך פארשטענדליך אז מען קען ניט שטעלען דעם אויבערשטען ברוך הוא קיינע תנאים, אז דוקא אין דעם ארט וואו דעם מענשען געפעלט זאל דאס זיין, נאר מען דארף דאס אויפנעמען ווי השם יתברך וויל, און א איד דארף וועלען אויספירען די שליחות פון השם יתברך ניט דוקא אין דעם ארט וואו עם געפעלט, נאר דארטען וואו די השגחה עליונה בריינגט עם און וואו ער קען אויפטאן מער פאר אידישקייט און פאר א צווייטען אידען, וואס דורך דעם פארגרעסערט מען די ברכות פון השי"ת אין דעם וואס א איד, ער און זיינע בני בית נויטיגען זיך.
וואס דאס איז דער דרך פון הקדוש ברוך הוא מדה כנגד מדה, ווען מען געפינט זיך אין א ארט, וואו עס איז ניט[א] אזויפיל וואס נויטיגען זיך אין דער הילף פון א צווייטין, קען מען ניט מאנען דעם זכות וברכה. אבער מען קען האפען אז ווען השי"ת זעהט אז מען העלפט ארויס א צוויטען אידען צו מאכען עם נעהענטער צו תורה און מצות און בפרט אז דאס ווערט געטאהן אין א ארט וואו עס איז דא ווייניג וועלכע פארנעמען זיך מיט אזא ארבעט, אז השי"ת וועט עם העלפען אין דעם וואס ער באדארפט כמה פעמים ככה.
און השם יתברך זאל אייך העלפען צו איינארדנען זיך מיט א גוטע איינארדונג, און אין דעם ארט וואו עס איז גלייכער פאר הקב"ה און אין א אופן וואס עס געפעלט להקדוש ברוך הוא וואס דאס איז דער בעסטער ארט פאר די אלע בעטרעפענדע סיי בגשמיות און סיי ברוחניות.

Bracha v'Shalom!
I am responding to your letter—without the date of writing—in which you write about settling and livelihood, that Hashem can provide sustenance in any place, etc.
Certainly this is true. Therefore, it is also clear that one cannot set conditions for the Almighty, blessed be He—that it must specifically be in the place that a person prefers. Rather, one must accept it as Hashem wills. And a Jew must fulfill the mission of Hashem not necessarily in the place he likes but where Divine Providence brings him and where he can accomplish more for Judaism and for another Jew. Through this, one increases the blessings from Hashem in what a Jew and his family need.
This is the way of the Holy One, blessed be He—measure for measure. When one finds oneself in a place where there are not so many who need another’s help, one cannot demand merit and blessing. But one can hope that when Hashem sees that someone helps another Jew become closer to Torah and mitzvos—especially when this is done in a place where few are engaged in such work—then Hashem will help him many times over with what he needs.
May Hashem help you to settle with good arrangements—and in the place that is most suitable for Hakadosh Baruch Hu and in a manner pleasing to Him—for this is the best place for all concerned both materially and spiritually.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true blessing comes from accepting Divine Providence and focusing on helping others where there is greatest need. By fulfilling one's mission selflessly—even outside one's comfort zone—one merits increased blessings both physically and spiritually.
