I hereby acknowledge receipt of the information regarding the schedule for the day of the hilula. Surely in the meantime my last letter has also been received as well as the scripts that were written here on the day of the hilula, and a farbrengen will be arranged—of course with the presence of the mashpia in Chassidus as well as the ramim in Nigleh—and after following the order I suggested to them in my aforementioned letter, they will distribute the scripts.

It is also understood that those students who do not participate in the farbrengen—their script will go into the general fund of the yeshiva. I await good news regarding all of the above...

Awaiting good news regarding all of the above and signing with a blessing for outstanding success in managing the holy institution of my revered father-in-law, leader of our generation, with true broadening of mind fitting to Torah law: "Vayigbah libo b'darkei Hashem" (his heart was elevated in the ways of Hashem), and like wax all concealments and obscurations will melt away, and may their efforts succeed by G‑d's will.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that true broadening of mind comes through following Torah guidance and participating fully in communal events; when this is done with sincerity, all spiritual concealments are nullified and success is assured by G‑d's will.
