We would be interested to know if you have good news from the group of Moroccan and Sephardic Jews, from whom it was hoped we would receive support for our work in Morocco.

At the end of last week, Haraha"g vavaha"ch vavac"h iy"a engaged in tzt"z etc. Mohar"r Binyamin Garadetsky from Paris arrived; he also visited Morocco a short time ago. He brought me a detailed report about our work, with two prominent extremes: on one hand, the work is proceeding with great success, thank G‑d; on the other hand, there is a great need for resources to continue and expand the work as much as possible.

I hope that according to your good custom of many years, you will also this year try to be with us together for Pesach. On this occasion you will also be able to hear more details regarding Rabbi Garadetsky's report.

I mention this now in the hope that perhaps you can travel out here again and take up the matter with the aforementioned group or others as well, in order to obtain significant help, which would be most timely.

Enclosed are copies of my Pesach message, which will hopefully interest you and be useful. I am also sending you my letters for your brothers Mr. Mordechai and Mr. Yitzchak; many thanks for passing them along.
