הנני בזה להביע לו רגשי מז"ט על החלטות של יונג איזראעל בנוגע להצלת הילדים באה"ק ת"ו ובלי ספק חלק גדול בזה הוא עבודת כבודו שי' ושכרו כפול מן השמים, ויותר מזה הרי שכר מצוה מצוה.
אבל עדיין חסר העיקר שהוא המעשה, ולא המדרש בדבור לבד.

I hereby express my heartfelt congratulations to you on the decisions of Young Israel regarding the rescue of children in Eretz Yisrael, may it be built and established. Without a doubt, a significant part of this is due to your efforts, and your reward will be doubled from Heaven. Even more so, the reward for a mitzvah is another mitzvah.
However, the main thing is still lacking—that is, action; not just study or words alone. Enclosed are copies of my letters on this matter, and certainly you, being present there, will also do your utmost in these matters as much as possible.
