Your letter was received in a timely manner. In response: You can be certain that the blessings which our Rebbe—my father-in-law, the holy Previous Rebbe of blessed memory—blessed you with are in full force and will be fulfilled.
As you write, you have been to a doctor and surely you follow his instructions. Healing is granted by the Aibershter (the Alm-ghty), and strength is also given by Him. However, the Torah tells us that He desires that healing should sometimes come through an agent—a doctor—and through the means prescribed by the doctor.
One must always remember that the main remedies are mitzvos and good deeds which the Aibershter has commanded each of us to do. These bring health and strength, as the Rebbe blessed you; and a tzaddik's blessing is certainly fulfilled.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that while we must use natural means like doctors for healing, true health comes from G‑d through mitzvos and good deeds. The blessings of a tzaddik remain powerful and are surely fulfilled.
