מכתבו מכ"ד שבט נתקבל ומוסג"פ קונטרס לפורים שהו"ל זה עתה ובטח יזכה בו את הרבים. והמכתבים אשר בסופו מתאימים בפרט לאנ"ש והתמימים שי' שהובאו לפינה שעדיין לא הותחלה עבודה רבה שבהם והיא עומדת ומחכה כמה וכמה זמן לפב"פ שיבא ויעשנה ובודאי יש מקום לפעול ולהתגדר בקו התורה (קביעות שעורי למוד בנגלה ונסתר) בקו העבודה (הודעת ענין התפלה לגדולים ובפרט הרגל בתפלה וברכה אצל הקטנים בשנים או בדעה) בקו הגמ"ח (ובפרט שתהי' הצדקה לענינים מהוגנים ולפום גמלא) וכמובן לא אליו לבד כוונתי בהנ"ל אלא גם לחותנו שי' אשר כנראה צריך לעוררו על מרז"ל פשוט (מן הכתנות עור שמקורם בחטא עה"ד) נבלתא (שקרוים מתים גם בחייהם) בשוק (שלזה צריך לצאת למקום המסחר כמשנ"ת בתו"א ר"פ וישב ובכ"מ) ושקול אגרא (כי יותר כו' העני - בדעה - עושה עם בעה"ב) ואל תאמר כהנא אנא (ואין לי שייכות לעניני עוה"ז עפמש"כ ברמב"ם סוף הל' שמיטין ויובלות) וגברא רבא אנא (וכבר יש לי אורות מרובין - דתהו - בכלים מרובין - דתקון. ראה במאמר המוסג"פ פ"ז).

Your letter from the 24th of Shevat was received, and enclosed is a booklet for Purim that was just published. Certainly you will use it to benefit the many. The letters at its end are especially relevant to Anash and the Temimim who have been brought to a corner where much work has not yet begun; it stands waiting for someone to come and do it. Surely there is room to act and excel in the path of Torah (establishing regular study sessions in both revealed and hidden aspects), in the path of avodah (teaching about prayer to adults and especially instilling the habit of prayer and blessing among children—whether by age or understanding), and in the path of gemilus chassadim (especially ensuring that charity goes to proper causes and according to each person's means).
Of course, my intention is not only directed at you but also at your father-in-law, who apparently needs encouragement regarding our Sages' simple teaching: "from garments of skin whose source is in the sin of the Tree of Knowledge," "carcasses (who are called dead even while alive) in the marketplace (for which one must go out into the place of commerce as explained in Torah Or at the beginning of Parshas Vayeshev and elsewhere)," "and weigh the reward (for often...the poor person—in understanding—does more for the benefactor)," "and do not say 'I am a Kohen' (and have no connection with worldly matters as explained by Rambam at the end of Hilchos Shemitah v'Yovelot)," "and I am a great man (and already have abundant lights—of Tohu—in abundant vessels—of Tikkun; see chapter 7 in the enclosed essay)."
