זיכער איז אייך באקאנט דער מאמר רז"ל (סוטה לו, ב) אז דאס זען פאר זיך דעם געשטאלט פון א אדם קדוש גיט צו כוח צו גיין בדרך התורה והמצוות. ווינש איך אייך אז דמות דיוקנו פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א זאל אייך צוגעבן פרישע כוחות צו טאן פיל גוטעס בכלל, און בפרט אין דער געמיינזאמער ארבעט פון דער פארצווייגטער טעטיגקייט פון "מרכז לעניני חנוך", אין וועלכער כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א, איר און איך זיינען הארציג פאראינטערעסירט, און מיר זאלן אלע זוכה זיין צו זען פיל נחת פון דער דאזיגער הייליגער ארבעט.

Considering your earnest interest and ongoing help and collaboration for the benefit of "Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch," especially in this recent critical time, it gives me great pleasure to send you a gift on behalf of "Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch"—the enclosed portrait of the Rebbe Rayatz shlita—as an expression of our deep appreciation and gratitude to you, dear friend.
You are surely familiar with the saying of our Sages (Sotah 36b) that seeing the image of a holy person gives one strength to follow the path of Torah and mitzvos.
I wish you that the likeness of the Rebbe Rayatz shlita will grant you renewed strength to do much good in general, and especially in our joint efforts in the multifaceted activities of "Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch," in which the Rebbe Rayatz shlita, you, and I are all deeply invested. May we all merit to see much nachas from this sacred work.
