I hereby acknowledge receipt of your fifth and sixth letters. You have surely already received the kuntres "Heilatzchu," and in a separate letter last week you were also sent the maamar "Atem Nitzavim" and the letter from 14 Iyar 5708.
...From the sichah of 19-20 Tishrei 5673 (1912), as well as generally from the sichos of my revered father-in-law, aside from those that appeared in Toras Shalom, I do not have them on hand; thank you if you will send these as well. I await further notes from you and conclude with what I wrote to someone today regarding the topic of kriyas haYom (the daily reading): It is explained in Likkutei Torah at the end of Parshas Naso that "Zot Chanukat HaMizbeach hayah bayom hamashach v'acharei hamashach" (This was the dedication of the altar on the day it was anointed and after it was anointed), for Shemen HaMishchah (the anointing oil) is a blend and intermediary between pnimiyus (the inner dimension) and makif (the encompassing dimension). And it can be said that within Torah itself this is specifically found in Toras Chassidus Chabad, particularly after the second generation; for before the second generation it burned [with intensity], and therefore there is a connection between Chanukah and Yom Kippur as explained in the Yom Kippur sichah of 5664 (1904), Toras Shalom p. 42.
In response to your question: The sichah by Rabbi Menachem Schneerson was printed in Likkutei Sichos vol. 4 p. 1259, completed according to a copy from the secretariat.
