I recall that I am the one who last wrote in our correspondence, as you did not reply to my last letter nor confirm receipt of the maamar Adoneinu Moreinu v'Rabbeinu Vayachalom V'hinei Sulam (printed in Kuntres Nev), which I sent you then. I read in the newspaper that you participated in the Rabbinical Assembly and proposed a version of the heter iska, etc., and I was glad at least to hear this news.

Now, I am enclosing Kuntres Chaltzu 259, which has just been published, and I trust you will confirm its receipt. On this occasion, I remind you again about your promise some time ago to send a copy of the conclusion of Adoneinu Moreinu v'Rabbeinu's letter regarding Lashon HaKodesh, whose beginning (ending with the note: "and here in Sanhedrin with the words 'dechad lashon hu kenal'") you sent last year. Please also copy as much as possible from other letters' contents if you have them, and thank you in advance.
