In a special envelope we are sending you twenty copies of a letter from the Rebbe Shlita to one of those involved in the committee for advocacy regarding Chanoch Charedi. For a reason known to us, we permit distributing the above-mentioned letter only among those participating in the work of the Central Committee for Education through their efforts in advocacy regarding education: establishing "Shabbat gatherings" and guiding them, spreading printed materials of Melach, and similar activities.
Please inform us of the list of people to whom you gave the above-mentioned letter, including their addresses and how they participate in Melach's work.
If you need more copies of the above-mentioned letter to distribute according to these conditions, please let us know and we will send them to you, G‑d willing.
