אינו כותב למתי קבעו זמן הנשואין בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, ומהראוי אשר נוסף על שיעוריו הנ"ל ישתדל לגמור את המשניות כל הששה סדרים אם יש עדיין איזה חדשים עד זמן החתונה, או עכ"פ סדר אחד או שנים אם זמן החתונה בקרוב, ובכל אופן ילמוד מסכת כלה. ויתן השי"ת שיהי' הכל בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ולמזל טוב.

Since, as you wrote in your letter, the bride is a Bat Kohen (daughter of a Kohen), therefore according to our Sages of blessed memory you should increase your strength in your Torah learning and in your regular Torah study sessions so that you may draw closer to the level of being called a Torah scholar—at least according to your ability.
You do not write when the wedding is set for—may it be at an auspicious and successful time. It is appropriate that in addition to your above-mentioned learning sessions you should strive to complete all six orders of Mishnah if there are still several months until the wedding; or at least one or two orders if the wedding is soon. In any case, you should learn Masechet Kallah.
May Hashem grant that everything be at an auspicious and successful time and for good mazal.
