...אתענין לדעת אם לוקח חלק בחיים החרדים דעירו ובפרט בנוגע להחינוך אשר הוא ג"כ מענינא דיומא בימים שבין פורים לחג הפסח, אשר הגזירה דפורים נתבטלה עי"ז שמרדכי הגדול בדורו הן בתורה והן ביראת שמים ובחכמה, למד בעצמו עם תשב"ר כמסופר בדברי רז"ל, ונקודה זו היא ג"כ בחגה"פ אשר התחלתו בסדר, הנה עושים כמה תחבולות להמשיך לב התינוקות ובפרט שלא יישנו (שינה בגשמיות וכ"ש מבחינת שינה רוחנית) ומתחיל הסדר בשאלת תינוקות, וכן הוא גם בסיום ימי חגה"פ ענינם קרי"ס מסופר ג"כ בשמו"ר, שהם, היינו התינוקות שנולדו ונתגדלו במצרים הכירוהו תחלה (להקב"ה) אשר המורם מזה הוא, שגאולתן של ישראל הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות תלוי' בחינוך דור הצעיר, ועל כאו"א מישראל אפילו שיהי' גדול כמרדכי שעליו ארז"ל במדרש אסתר רבה, שמרדכי בדורו כמשה בדורו, מחויב בעצמו לקחת חלק בחינוך זה.
והשי"ת יזכנו את כאו"א מאתנו להאיר את חלקו בעולם אשר עי"ז מקדימים ומביאים את הגאולה השלימה והאמיתית של כלל ישראל, וכמבואר בתניא פל"ז.

I am interested to know if you are taking part in the charedi life of your city, especially regarding chinuch, which is also relevant during these days between Purim and Pesach. The decree of Purim was annulled because Mordechai, the great one of his generation—both in Torah and fear of Heaven and wisdom—personally learned with the children, as told by our Sages. This point is also present in Pesach, which begins with the Seder; many strategies are used to draw the hearts of the children, especially so they do not fall asleep (physically—and all the more so spiritually), and the Seder begins with questions from the children. Similarly, at the conclusion of Pesach—the splitting of the sea—it is told in Shemot Rabbah that it was specifically the children born and raised in Egypt who first recognized Him (the Holy One). The lesson here is that both physical and spiritual redemption for Israel depends on educating the younger generation. Every Jew—even one as great as Mordechai, about whom our Sages say in Esther Rabbah that "Mordechai in his generation was like Moshe in his generation"—is personally obligated to take part in this education.
May Hashem grant each one of us merit to illuminate our portion in the world; through this we hasten and bring closer the true and complete redemption for all Israel, as explained in Tanya chapter 37.
