הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת שיהי' הכל כשורה ובנקל בעתו ובזמנו והשי"ת יביאם למחוז חפצם האמיתי כמ"ש מה' מצעדי גבר כוננו ודרכו יחפץ ויבואו אל המנוחה ואל הנחלה בקרוב.
אתענין לדעת איך עבר עליהם חגיגת יו"ד שבט ובטח השתדלו ומשתדלים לספח לחבורתם את כל המתאים לזה מאחב"י שבמחנם הט', ומי יודע אולי רק בשביל זה הביאו הקב"ה למקום זה, וכשיגמור שליחותו בזה יתנו לו הרשיון לנסוע למקום עבודתו בבירור חלקו בעולם אח"ז.

In response to your letter from the 26th of Shevat, in which you inform me about the situation regarding your visa and that of your family. May it be the will of Hashem that everything should proceed smoothly and easily at the right time and season, and may Hashem bring you to your true desired destination as it is written: 'MeHashem Mitzadei Gever Konanu V'Darko Yachpatz' (From Hashem are a man's steps established and He desires his way), and may you come to rest and inheritance soon.
I am interested to know how you experienced the celebration of Yud Shevat. Surely you have made efforts—and continue to do so—to bring into your group all those among our Jewish brethren in your community who are suitable for this. Who knows—perhaps it is only for this reason that Hashem brought you to this place; when you complete your mission here, you will be granted permission to travel to your place of work to clarify your portion in the world thereafter.
