חבל שאינם מודיעים ע"ד חגיגת חג החגים י"ט כסלו, יותר בפרטיות, כי לפעמים אפשר להשתמש בזה כאן ובטח גם באה"ק ת"ו, והפרסום בזה באופן המתאים ממשיך אנשים גם מחוגים רחוקים, ומה שנוגע עוד יותר בענין - הנוער העולה.
מוסג"פ העתק מכ' בקשר עם חג החגים הוא י"ט כסלו, ובבקשה לפרסמו באופן המתאים, כיון שקשה השילוח לכאו"א בפרט.

In response to your letter from the 20th of Kislev, I have sent you a telegram as follows: "The matter of the Shemitah Fund of the Agency is based on the words of (Dr.) Schwartz-Legoradetzky who is currently visiting in Eretz HaKodesh. With blessings, my signature."
I am surprised by your notification, since Dr. Schwartz stated this clearly. Perhaps it is being concealed so as not to increase those who would jump at the opportunity, or for similar reasons.
My hope is that if you are able to meet with Dr. Schwartz—remind him about this matter, but do so pleasantly and diplomatically as above—he will be able to assist you in this.
It is a pity that you do not report about the celebration of the festival of festivals, Yud Tes Kislev, in more detail; sometimes this information can be used here and certainly also in Eretz HaKodesh. Publicizing it in an appropriate manner draws people even from distant circles—and even more so regarding what concerns youth who are immigrating.
Enclosed is a copy of a letter regarding the festival of festivals—Yud Tes Kislev—and please publicize it appropriately since it is difficult to send individually to each person.
