קרוב יום התשעה עשר בכסלו, יום ג' (לסדר את אחי אנכי מבקש. זח"א קפ"ד, א) שהוכפל בו כי טוב, הוא יום ההילולא רבא של אדמו"ר הרב המגיד ממעזריטש - תלמידו הגדול וממלא מקומו של אדמו"ר הבעש"ט, אשר את מימיהם אנו שותים ולאורם אנו הולכים.
הוא יום גאולת אדמו"ר הזקן ונצחון תורת החסידות - תורת הבעש"ט - אשר בני ישראל יצאו ביד רמה.
ידועה שאלת הבעש"ט למשיח: אימתי אתי מר ותשובת משיח צדקנו: בעת שיתפרסם למודך ויתגלה בעולם ויפוצו מעינותיך חוצה.
כי זהו הקדמה והכנה לביאת המשיח.
מתוך תשומת לב לחוב הקדוש המוטל על כל ישראל וביחוד על רבני ומנהיגי ישראל ועל ראשי בתי אולפני בכלל, ועל מנהיגי עדת החסידים בפרט, וזכות הגדולה שלהם להפיץ מעינות החסידות, כפי אשר הנחילו אותם לנו מורנו הבעש"ט ואחריו מורנו הרב המגיד ותלמידיהם נשיאי עדת החסידים.
הנני להציע בזה, אשר ביום הבהיר הזה הוא יום י"ט כסלו הבע"ל, ובשבתות שלפניו ושלאחריו - יסדרו מסבות והתועדיות של כל אלה אשר השפעתם עליהם, אשר בהתועדיות אלו יתעוררו בפרט לעבודה בהפצת המעינות - מעינות תורת הבעש"ט, תלמידיו ותלמידי תלמידיו - חוצה, ובכלל לקביעות עתים לתורה, שמירת המצוות בהידור, ואהבת רעים וזיכוך המדות ע"פ תורת החסידות.
וזכות נשיאינו, נשיאי ישראל, יגן עלינו כולנו, להצליח במילוי שליחותינו בעלמא דין.
ועינינו תחזינה בביאת משיח צדקנו במהרה בימינו, בעגלא דידן, אמן.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
The day of Yud Tes Kislev is approaching, Tuesday (for the Torah portion "Es Achei Anochi Mevakesh" — Zohar I 184a), a day that is doubly good. It is the yahrzeit-hilulah of Admor HaRav HaMaggid of Mezritch — the great disciple and successor of Admor HaBaal Shem Tov, whose waters we drink and by whose light we walk. It is also the day of liberation for Admor HaZaken and the victory of Toras HaChassidus — the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov — through which Bnei Yisrael went forth with an upraised hand.
It is well known that the Baal Shem Tov asked Moshiach: "When will you come?" And Moshiach answered: "When your teachings will be publicized and revealed in the world and your wellsprings will spread outward." For this is a prelude and preparation for the coming of Moshiach.
With attention to the sacred duty incumbent upon all Jews, especially upon rabbis and leaders of Israel, upon heads of Torah institutions in general, and particularly upon leaders of chassidic communities — and their great merit to spread the wellsprings of Chassidus as our teachers, the Baal Shem Tov, after him our teacher HaRav HaMaggid, and their disciples among the leaders of chassidic communities have bequeathed us — I hereby propose that on this bright day, Yud Tes Kislev (may it soon arrive), as well as on Shabbatot before and after it, gatherings (mesibot) and farbrengens should be organized for all those under your influence. In these farbrengens there should be special arousal to work in spreading outward the wellsprings — teachings of the Baal Shem Tov, his disciples, and their disciples' disciples — as well as generally establishing set times for Torah study, beautifying mitzvah observance, fostering love between friends, and refining character traits according to Toras HaChassidus.
And may the merit of our leaders — Nesi'ei Yisrael — protect us all to succeed in fulfilling our mission in this world. May our eyes behold the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu speedily in our days, very soon. Amen.
