ואציע לו, אשר יחזיק בהשלשה שיעורים השוים לכל נפש, והם, אמירת יום תהלים (כפי שנחלק לימי החדש) אחר תפלת שחרית בכל יום, ולימוד פרשת חומש עם פרש"י (מפרשת השבוע) בכל יום, ביום א' מהתחלת הסדרה עד שני וביום ב' משני עד שלישי וכו', ולימוד שיעור תניא בכל יום, כפי שנחלק התניא לימי השנה, ויתאמץ בלימוד פנימיות התורה המביאה לאהוי"ר שזהו בן ובת ברוחניות, וזהו סגולה לבנים וכמ"ש אדמו"ר הזקן (במכתב הנדפס ב"מאה שערים").
וזוגתו תחי' תפריש צדקה לצדקת רבי מאיר בעל הנס (רמבעה"ן) קודם הדלקת נרות בכל עש"ק וערב יום טוב.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I received his pidyon nefesh regarding the Haraha"ch vavaha"ch iy"a nu"m who is involved with tzt"z with faith etc., Moreinu HaRav Shmuel Dovid Sheyichyeh Reitchik.
I suggest to him that he should maintain the three daily study practices accessible to all: reciting the daily portion of Tehillim (as divided by the days of the month) after Shacharis each day; studying a section of Chumash with Rashi (from the weekly parsha) every day—on Sunday from the beginning of the parsha to Sheini, on Monday from Sheini to Shlishi, and so on; and learning a daily portion of Tanya as divided for the days of the year. He should also strive in studying the inner dimension of Torah which leads to love and awe (ahavah v'yirah), which are considered spiritual sons and daughters. This is a segulah for children, as stated by Admor HaZaken (in a letter printed in "Meah Shearim").
And his wife, may she live, should give charity to Rabbi Meir Baal HaNes before lighting candles every Erev Shabbos and Erev Yom Tov.
