Knowing your positive relationship with the institutions of my father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—and especially your assistance and rescue work and arranging for refugees in Europe, and after you yourself visited Europe and were an eyewitness to all the material and spiritual good accomplished there through our office in Paris, I think it is unnecessary to elaborate further to you. Surely you will do everything in your power so that support will be given promptly.
