Regarding your question about moving the yeshiva to Melbourne: as I understand from your description, there are not enough students to divide into two locations. However, it is known from our Sages that one does not demolish an old synagogue until the new one is completed; the same applies here.

As for your question about the young man whom they are offering a teaching position in the Talmud Torah of the people of Tchechin: in my opinion, it is proper that his talents be utilized in our yeshiva. If this position does not conflict with ours—that is, there will be no later complaint about taking him for our institution—then it is appropriate.
