המצווה הקס"טהאזהרה שהזהר כל שבט לוי מלקחת חלק בארץ ישראל. והוא אמרו יתעלה: "לא יהיה לכהנים הלויים כל שבט לוי חלק ונחלה" (דברים יח, א).
The 169th Mitzvah
1. The 169th mitzvah is the prohibition that forbids the entire tribe of Levi from taking a portion in the land of Eretz Yisroel. This is as He, may He be exalted, said: "The Kohanim, the Leviim, the entire tribe of Levi, shall have no portion or inheritance" (Devarim 18:1).
