המצווה הקמ"א
האזהרה שהזהרנו מלאכול מעשר שני של דגן חוץ לירושלים.
והוא אמרו יתעלה: "לא תוכל לאכל בשעריך מעשר דגנך" (דברים יב, יז).
והאוכל מעשר שני בלי פדיון - לוקה.
ודוקא בתנאי, שנתבאר בסוף מכות.
והוא, שיאכלנו בחוץ אחר שראה פני הבית, כלומר, לפנים מחומת ירושלים.
והוא אמרם שם: "מאימתי חייבין עליו?
משיראה פני הבית".
Commandment 141
The prohibition in which we were warned not to eat maaser sheini of grain outside of Yerushalayim.
This is as He, may He be exalted, said: "You may not eat within your gates the tithe of your grain" (Devarim 12:17).
One who eats maaser sheini without redemption receives lashes.
But this is only under the condition explained at the end of Makkos.
That is, if he eats it outside after it has seen the face of the house, meaning, after it has entered within the walls of Yerushalayim.
And this is as they said there: "From when is one liable for it? From when it has seen the face of the house."
