הציווי שנצטווינו בדין הבערה.
והוא אמרו יתעלה: "כי תצא אש ומצאה קוצים" (שמות כב, ה).
וכבר נתבארנו הלכות דין זה בפרק ב' ופרק ו' מ[בבא] קמא.
The 241st Mitzvah
The commandment in which we were instructed regarding the laws of fire damage.
This is His, may He be exalted, statement: "If a fire breaks out and finds thorns" (Shemos 22:5).
The laws of this case have already been explained in chapter 2 and chapter 6 of [Bava] Kama.
