הציווי שנצטווינו בדין הבור.
והוא אמרו יתעלה: "וכי יפתח איש בור" (שמות כא, לג).
וכבר נתבארנו הלכות דין זה בפרק ג' ופרק ה' מ[בבא] קמא.
The 238th Mitzvah
1. The commandment in which we were commanded regarding the laws of a pit.
2. This is His, may He be exalted, statement: "And if a man shall open a pit" (Shemos 21:33).
3. The laws of this case have already been explained in chapter 3 and chapter 5 of [Bava] Kama.
