המצווה הקי"ט
הציווי שנצטווינו שיהא נטע רבעי כולו קודש.
והוא אמרו: "יהיה כל פריו קודש הילולים לה'" (ויקרא יט, כד).
ודינו: שיעלה לירושלים ויאכלוהו בעליו שם כמו מעשר שני, ואין לכהנים בו כלום.
ולשון ספרי:"ואיש את קדשיו לו יהיו" (במדבר ה, י) - "משך הכתוב כל הקדשים ונתנם לכהן' ולא שייר מהם אלא תודה ושלמים ופסח ומעשר בהמה ומעשר שני ונטע רבעי שיהיו לבעלים".

The 119th mitzvah The commandment in which we were commanded that all of the fruit of neta reva'i must be holy. This is as it is stated: "All its fruit shall be holy, a praise to Hashem" (Vayikra 19:24). Its law is that it must be brought up to Yerushalayim, and its owners must eat it there, like maaser sheini, and the kohanim have no share in it. And the language of the Sifri: "'And every man's holy things shall be his' (Bamidbar 5:10) — the verse drew all the holy things and gave them to the kohen, and left out only the todah, shelamim, Pesach, maaser beheima, maaser sheini, and neta reva'i, that they should belong to the owners."
