אִיתָא שֶׁכָּל הַשָׁנָה בְּאָמְרֹו בְּשְׁ"עֶ וְאֶת כָּל תְּבוּאָתָה לְטֹובָה, צָרִיך לְכַּוֵון לְחִטִים לְמַצָה וְאֶתְרֹוג - בְּמָקֹום אֶחָד נִזְכַּר מִלְבַד הַנַ"ל גַם יַיִן לְקִדוּשׁ - וְאָז בְּמֵילָא תְּהְיֶ' כָּל הַתְּבוּאָתָה לְטֹובָה.

It is stated that throughout the year, when saying in Shemoneh Esrei "v'es kol tevuasah l'tovah," one should have in mind wheat for matzah and an esrog.
