1) לשותפות – באם המדובר לא ע"ד חד-פעמית כ"א למשך זמן, מקום לזה – באם זיי קומען אויס זע"ז ויש להם אימון זב"ז.
2) למכירת הַחלקה – רק באם תומ"י ישקיע הממון בענין שהוא טוב יותר מאשר נכסי דלא ניידי, באם ספק – אין כדאית.
3) לתגמולים – לחדש פעולותיו בזה. באם תלוי בקישוים – אין כדאית ההשתדלות להחזיר התיק לשווייץ, וימשיך באנגליא.
4) לשידוך דבתו תי' – אין כדאי להתנות ע"ד מקום דירתם לאחרי החתונה (ושייך – להחו"כ), ולהתענין הן בחו"ל והן באה"ק.

2) Selling the property – only if you will invest the money in something better than real estate; if in doubt – it is not worthwhile.
3) Compensation – renew your efforts in this area. If it depends on difficulties – it is not worthwhile to try to return the case to Switzerland; continue in England.
4) Regarding your daughter's match – it is not advisable to make their place of residence after the wedding a condition (and this relates to the prospective groom), and inquire both abroad and locally.
