In response to several inquiries from administrators of institutions, teachers (male and female), and students (male and female), may they live, regarding whether to visit here in the coming month of Tishrei—even though what follows is self-evident, but since our Sages said "one only urges those who are already diligent," we have received instruction from my revered teacher and master shlita to answer the questioners as follows:
A. Regarding members of the administration of institutions, teachers (male and female), etc., it is understood that one must be careful not to cause any detriment to the institution's affairs, etc. And since a person is close to himself (i.e., subjective), there should be consultation among the members of the administration and action should follow the majority opinion—whether to visit, when to visit, or not to visit at this time.
B. Similarly regarding students (male and female): they should explain their situation to the administration of the yeshivah or school, etc., and act according to their instructions.
Certainly you will convey this guidance to those who have already asked or will ask about this matter. Thank you for your effort in this regard.
