ובודאי לחניכות "בית רבקה" אין צורך בהסברה יתירה שסיום זה אינו רק מעבר לכתה גבוה' יותר אלא גם עלי' לדרגה גבוה' יותר בכל הנוגע ללימוד תורתנו, תורת חיים, וקיום מצוותי'
עליהן נאמר
וחי בהם, והנהגה טובה, עלי' בכמות ובאיכות, כלומר במדת ההתמדה ושקידה והידור מצווה וכו', כולל היותן לדוגמא ולמופת לרבים. והרי זה גם הצנור והכלי להמשכת וקבלת ברכות ה' בכל המצטרך בתוספת וברבוי,

To the students of Grade 9, vocational track, Beis Rivka in Kfar Chabad, which is in our holy land—may it be rebuilt and established speedily in our days by the L‑rd—upon them may there be life, blessing and peace!
Your letter requesting a blessing regarding the completion of your school year was received pleasantly.
At an auspicious time I will mention each of you at the Tziyun for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good.
Certainly, for Beis Rivka students there is no need for lengthy explanation that this completion is not just a transition to a higher grade but also an ascent to a higher level in all matters relating to learning our Torah—the Torah of life—and fulfilling its mitzvos about which it is said "v'chai bahem" (and you shall live by them), and good conduct—an ascent both in quantity and quality; that is, in diligence, perseverance, beautifying mitzvos, etc., including being an example and role model for many.
This is also the channel and vessel for drawing down and receiving the blessings of the L‑rd in all needs with increase and abundance from His full, open, holy, and generous hand.
With blessings for success in all the above and for the fulfillment of the promise that these days will be transformed into joy and gladness very soon.
Summary
