In response to your letter from the first of Tammuz, in which you write about your efforts to find avrechim to join the kollel in our camp of Hashem: According to the information here, all those who could be considered are already established in their places or are committed for the near future, at least in the current situation.
Surely Hashem will help you find avrechim from another place, and may it be His will that your desire will succeed to spread Torah among the public.
Since every matter is by Divine Providence, I take this opportunity to enclose a letter which I hope you will find of interest; it concerns education in purity and holiness for the sons and daughters of Israel.
