The Rebbe advises consulting knowledgeable friends before making decisions, waiting to change a name until partnership matters are clarified, and stresses that while the proposed plan is good and necessary, it requires organized and consistent effort with a responsible person available.

עדיין מעשי – יתייעץ עם ידיד(ים) מבין(ים) הַמתאים לפניו ובהתאם לזה יחליט.

מתענין בשותפות – יחכה בשינוי השם עד שיִתברר ענין זה.

אבל צ"ל באופן מסודר ועקבי, ועסקני חב"ד שבהווה אין זמנם פנוי

. וכל זמן שלא יִמָצֵא איש אחראי ומסוגל לזה ופנוי ויקבל זה ע"ע – אין ענין להכנס לכל זה.

(1) If this is still a practical matter—consult with suitable knowledgeable friend(s) before you and decide accordingly. (2) If you are interested in a partnership—wait to change the name until this matter becomes clear. (3) Theoretically—the plan is good and necessary, etc., but it must be done in an organized and consistent manner. The current Chabad activists have no free time at all. And as long as there is no one responsible, capable, available, and willing to take this on—there is no reason to get involved in all of this.
